The goal of the project is a system for collecting solid waste and secondary raw materials with maximum processing.

Currently, the maximum rate in Japan is 98.5% of all solid waste recycled and reused.

Problems with the organization of collection and removal of solid waste and secondary raw materials are clearly visible in almost all settlements. These are spontaneous landfills and landfills near solid waste collection tanks.

Task — to create a system of accounting, control and management of the collection of secondary raw materials and solid household waste (SWW) in settlements. The system should allow keeping records of solid waste collection companies, contracts, collection points and containers.

To ensure continuity and full control, the owner of the register should be the city government and administration.

The electronic municipal register of accounting, control and management of the turnover of secondary raw materials and solid household waste uses a web platform and identification by QR codes and links as a basic technology.

Marking with QR codes helps in creating a municipal registry "Clean city". When, on the basis of operational feedback, it is possible to organize a system of accounting, control and management of the collection of secondary raw materials and the removal of solid waste in populated areas.

Marking garbage containers with QR codes makes it easy to set up records of filling and removal. For users, it is enough to scan the code and go to the individual page of the tank — write a comment about the condition: overcrowded, broken, not exported … days You can also see the balance and statics regarding the export point — whether there are debts for the payment of removal services of a specific tank or collection point, and who is not the payer.

When scanning the QR code of the link with any smartphone, the individual page of the container will open and through the feedback form you can indicate problems: overflowing, damaged, problem with the storage place.

 

Feedback is possible for each container or collection point individually.

You can add a selection form, condition assessment and the ability to attach a photo.

SWW collection points

Each place for installing containers is marked with a special poster with a GR code. When scanning, an individual page of this collection point opens, where the removal company, quantity and container numbers are indicated. The feedback form allows you to quickly send operational information and an assessment of this collection point. If necessary, you can add a photo to the message.

On the collection site registration page, you can add information about the MSW removal company, the client, and the removal schedule. Add the option to order and pay for this service for the removal of large-sized and construction waste.

Thanks to the feedback form, you can quickly receive information about the state of solid waste collection sites, removal or accumulation of garbage, damage to containers, fences or access roads. Information is collected automatically, reports and e-mail messages can be generated by group - to the district administration, city administration, solid waste removal company.
